Started in December 2024, the A Bar of Their Book Club meets monthly to read and discuss books about women’s sports. Books are selected by members, and meetings are held at A Bar of Their Own, traditionally on the 3rd Sunday evening of each month (pending sports schedule).
We are proud to partner with local, independent bookstore Next Chapter Booksellers for our Book Club, and encourage our members to support small bookstores and libraries to access their books.

The A Bar of Their Own Book Club has been lucky to host events with several athletes and authors from the books we read. The group has planned social activities, craft nights, and book swaps, and is open to all interested readers.
