Jillian has been described as all of these things by those closest to her, and she has loved adding ‘sports bar owner’ to the list! With a background in team development, event management, and results-oriented leadership, Jillian has been prepping for this role for years. While her glory days as a three-sport athlete in high school are long behind her, she has taken the skills she learned on the field and in life and applied them to this exciting new venture.

Jillian is a season ticket holder for the Minnesota Frost, the Minnesota Lynx, and the University of Minnesota Gophers Softball team, as well as a community owner of the Minnesota Aurora FC. She and her wife Megan are passionate about gender equity in sports and in life.

Jillian strongly believes in the power of community, and loves the connections that have been created through A Bar of Their Own.
